Printing with scale

When printing with the new version my background is all black, you cannot see dimensions and the walls blend in with the background. I need to print my plans out to scale or at least with measurements to show an architect. If this is not possible can I go back to the old version as it printed much clearer?

We turned of the new printing and returned to the old one, until it works like it should. Hope this helps. 2008/10/24
